< It is almost impossible for me to consider that I am currently wrapping up my second, full year as a real estate agent in the Western North Carolina mountains and the High Country area! My first year (2023) was an event-filled one as I received the Double Gold Sales Award (for $10M in sales) and I was awarded as Keller-Williams’ Rookie of the Year in 2023 for the North and South Carolina region in ceremonies that took place in Las Vegas! (Thanks to my awesome team for bringing that award home to me!)

2024 and High Country Strong!

I’ve been blessed to meet so many new clients and new residents to the mountains! While 2023 was award-winning, 2024 exceeded my expectations and goals as at about the same time summer was coming to an end, I had already surpassed my goals for the prior year!

…and then September 26th, 2024 happened! Hurricane Helene delivered 30″ of rain to many portions of our gorgeous mountains, devastating many communities. We will be talking about Hurricane Helene for decades to come! Areas twenty minutes south and west of Boone & Banner Elk were hit the hardest, but residents of the High Country will be cutting trees, clearing roads, repairing and rebuilding bridges, homes and businesses for months, if not years to come!

However, we ARE High Country Strong!

I have God and all of my new clients (and friends) to thank for the honors of these last two years and for allowing me to work with them. I hope you will allow me the honor of working with you soon!
